SONOS CLUB : KAYA

London-based DJ KaYa is steadily becoming a standout name in the city’s vibrant nightlife scene. Her sets evoke nostalgia whilst also bringing something fresh and original.
Born in the 90s, her musical DNA is imprinted with the depth, grit, and soul of that era an influence she wears proudly in every set. Her sound is a dynamic blend of deep house, tribal techno, early tech house and low-end-driven bass music. Emerging from the city’s queer underground and influenced by dancefloor icons as well as her roots as a dancer, KaYa plays with the kind of instinct that can only come from living the rhythm, not just playing it.
